Important Dates

Opening Reception / Exhibition Date: 
Saturday, January 18th, 5-9pm

Drop-off time for artwork:
Friday, January 17 | 10AM - 5PM
Saturday, January 18 | 10AM - 3PM

Pick-up time for artwork:
Saturday, Jan. 18 | After 8PM immediately following the end of the event
OR
Tuesday, January 21 - Friday, January 24 | 11AM to 5PM

 

We are excited to announce the 2nd Annual Pin Up Show + Sale at ArtsXchange, and we are inviting all of our talented members to submit their artwork for this highly anticipated event!

This show offers a unique opportunity to showcase your work to a wide audience and have it available for sale. Selected pieces will be featured in the gallery and online, giving you exposure and the chance to connect with art lovers and collectors.
 

Theme:
Pin Up Art – Artists must be able to hang/display their artwork using no more than 4 push pins. 


Application Guidelines:
  • Applications are free to all Current ArtsXchange members.
  • Become a new Member and save $10 using coupon code PINUP2025
  • Artists must be 18 or older.
  • All artwork mediums accepted.
  • Artists can display as many pieces at a time that will fit in their marked off space.
  • Each participating artist can display artwork within in a 6-foot-wide wall space. Artwork cannot exceed 24 x 24 x 4 inches (including any mats, frames, or borders).
  • Artwork must be priced at $500 or less.
  • Artwork must be able to be hung with no more than 4 standard push pins.
  • Artist names must be printed on the front or back of each work. In case of sale or other change, artists may display another artwork according to the same requirements in the same location.

Release Form
Artist will fill out the Pin-Up Release Form and bring it to check-in. If someone other than you is authorized to pick up unsold artwork, you must list the authorized person on your Release Form. Photo ID required for pick up. This signed form releases ArtsXchange from claims of any loss or damage. Artists’ assumes full liability for their artwork.

Sales
The artist is responsible for collecting payment from collectors. The ArtsXchange will provide wrapping/packaging materials to purchasers as needed.

Pick up of unsold artwork
Artwork may be picked up following the end of the event, after 8 PM on Jan. 18th,  or  Jan. 21-24 from 11AM to 5PM. Any unclaimed work left in the gallery after Saturday, January 24th can/will be discarded.

  • Artwork Information - PDF
    • File name format
      • First Name_Last Name_Artwork Information
    • PDF must include details of all artwork submitted for consideration.
      • For each artwork submission provide the following information-
        • Name of Artwork
        • Medium of Artwork
        • Date of Artwork
        • Size of Artwork
        • Sale Price (Must be under $500)

    • Form allows for submission of 5 art pieces.
